How do I reset my password?
For users with access to the web-based portal of YOUU, you can reset your password on the login page by clicking the "Reset Password" link.
If the password reset email is not received within two or three minutes, then please reach out to our support agents using the chat in order to have them help troubleshoot your account.
How do I add a new employee to my organization?
Center administrators can add employees using the web portal under the Admin tab. If you do not see the admin tab, chances are that your organization has not provided you with the prerequisite permissions. Please contact your center admin to have your permissions adjusted, or reach out to our chat agent if you need help figuring out who has the required permissions on your side.
How do I reset my mobile login?
No need! YOUU doesn't use a password to login. The only thing you'll need is access to the same phone number that you use to register for YOUU.
